Happy New Year....

As this year comes to an end and we embark on a new one what will your stones of remembering be? We have all gone through so much this year and you know we were never alone, JESUS was right there. HE knows every heartache, every tear, every hurt and when we could not do anything HE was right there to pick us up!!
My stone's of remembering form my garden, for so long I have been tilling and this year I am planting...I am so thankful for the abundant of Roses and Carnations and Sunflowers that my garden will have!! Each one of these symbol friendship, love, and peace...I am for the first time at peace about so much in my life and so very thankful too.
The greatest thing about remembering what you have walked through is just that you have WALKED THROUGH....you will always remember but it will no longer have a hold on you, I know I have walked through so much in the past three years and some of it not easy and some of it was joyful, I praise GOD daily that I have my stone of remembering laid down that I walked through the storm and another one says..I am no longer captive, I have been set free!!! Praise the LORD!!!
Our stones in them selves will tell a story of what we have gone through, but its what you allow those stones to reflect on how your present and future will be....for me my stones well not all full of happy memories but what they do say is I was lost but have been found, was blind but now I see....I am no longer captive, I am free and I will walk in the grace and mercy and love of MY FATHER!!!

A new year is ahead...are you ready to lay your stones down? I am building my garden and I pray and hope you will lay your stones down to build yours....it is time to remember, and to be set free!!!

Happy New Year...

Celebrating Christmas..

Today is December 20th, just five more days til Christmas!! Over the past few weeks I have been thinking alot about this day and how everyone runs around buying gifts, decorating and having parties. Why is it that we take all this energy and put it into one day?
Celebrating life is a daily thing no matter who you are, and the stress of this day does not have to be so high, we have all been blessed and at times we loose that.

Christmas does not have to be just one day, we can make it a daily event in our lives, daily we all give in some way and we all love just as JESUS loved us!!

As we come to celebrate this day, remember that you are blessed and each day is a gift to celebrate...

Merry Christmas and a Blessed Happy New Year!!!!
